We do not collect payment information directly — all transactions are processed through our booking platform.

That information is stored with your other submitted contact details for our team's operational follow-up only — see "How Information Is Protected" below.

Booking & Third-Party Platforms

Online bookings at Citrus & Sage may be managed through Fresha or similar third-party booking platforms. When you book through those tools, their privacy policies also apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party platform you use.

Contact Forms

If you submit a message through our website contact form or via email, we collect the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry. This information is stored securely and used only for communication purposes.

Email & SMS Communication

By providing your phone number or email address, you may opt in to receive appointment reminders, wellness updates, or promotional messages from Citrus & Sage. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. To opt out of email communication, reply to any email with "Unsubscribe" or contact us directly.

Analytics, Advertising & Cookies

We use the following third-party services to understand how visitors use our website and to measure the results of our advertising. Each of these places cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receives information such as the pages you visit, general interaction data (like clicking a "Book Now" or phone link), and technical information about your browser and device. We configure these tools to receive only that kind of interaction data — never your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into a form.

• Google Analytics 4 — website traffic and engagement measurement.
• Meta Pixel — measures the results of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and helps us understand which ads lead visitors to take an action on our site, such as clicking through to book.
• Microsoft Clarity — session-replay and heatmap tool that helps us see, in aggregate, how visitors move through and use our pages, so we can improve the site's design and usability. Fields where you type personal information (like our lead form's name, email, and phone fields) are configured to be masked so the actual characters you type are not visible in any recording.

These tools only run when you visit our live website at citrusandsagewellness.com — they do not run during our internal development, preview, or staff-only pages. We also use standard UTM/campaign parameters (visible in some links you may arrive from, such as an ad) to understand which marketing channel referred a visit; this attribution data is not combined with your name, email, or phone number.

Google, Meta, and Microsoft are independent companies with their own privacy policies governing how they handle the technical data described above once it reaches them, and their own retention settings, which we review periodically. Your choices: you can opt out of analytics and advertising measurement on this site at any time using the Privacy Choices link in our website footer.
